Is my specific ERP supported by Stampli?
Stampli has pre-built integrations with more than 70 ERPs. This includes ERPs from SAP, Microsoft, Sage, Oracle and QuickBooks, as well as niche ERPs like Dealertrack, Acumatica, Vista, Yardi, Epicor, Blackbaud, Infor and many more. Find your specific ERP here.
How does Stampli actually integrate with my ERP?
Stampli offers three types of integrations: API, bridge (for connecting on-prem ERPs) and file.
API integrations connect Stampli to cloud ERPs, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks Online. These integrations automatically synchronize data between Stampli and the integrated application.
A bridge integration leverages an executable application to facilitate data transfers between on-premises ERP applications and Stampli. It allows for automatic data synchronization between Stampli and your ERP system, eliminating manual import and export of data. Stampli has developed bridge integrations for SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC, Sage 100, and other popular on-premises ERPs.
File integrations let Stampli synchronize data to any ERP where we haven’t already built an API or bridge integration. It works by importing and exporting files between Stampli and any financial application using a customized file template.
How long does integration take?
The overall implementation takes weeks, not months. This includes integration, data transfer, team training, and many other steps. See the full details here. With respect to the specific act of integration, that may take as little as a few moments, depending on which ERP you use. Ask your Account Executive for specific details.
If we acquire a new company, can we pull in that data/add new fields?
Yes. Depending on which ERP you use, you can easily add data from additional companies or configure your existing Stampli account to accommodate new coding fields.
