Stampli is the only Accounts Payable Automation (AP Automation) software that centers communications on top of the invoice so that AP collaborates better with approvers, vendors, and anyone involved with purchases to quickly resolve issues and questions, resulting in 5x faster approvals.
Automating accounts payable in this way gives users visibility into bill activities, statuses, and ownership with greater transparency and accountability. Audit-ready histories of approved bills are stored in the Stampli AP Automation system, and invoices can be downloaded anytime.

About The Role
As the Product Manager for ERP Integrations, you'll be the driving force behind seamlessly connecting Stampli with leading ERP systems. You'll own the strategic roadmap, ensuring Stampli speaks the language of each ERP while adhering to Stampli's best practices. You'll be at the forefront of ERP innovation, proactively identifying emerging trends and adapting Stampli's integration strategy to stay ahead of the curve. Become the go-to resource for all things ERP integration, leveraging your deep understanding of the ERP landscape to drive strategic decisions and deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities
- Shape the future of ERP integrations: Define the strategic roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to deliver a best-in-class integration experience.
- Collaborate & conquer: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Drive product development: Own the end-to-end delivery of new features, from ideation and user story creation to release and training.
- Be the master of prioritization: Effectively manage the development team's backlog, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Bridge the gap: Collaborate seamlessly with US and Israeli teams, adapting to different time zones to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Requirements
- ERP Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including project management, SOW creation, and leading successful go-lives.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, with a focus on procure-to-pay (P2P) a strong advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to write implementation documentation and collaborate effectively with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integration Experience: Experience integrating ERP and accounting systems with external platforms like Stampli is highly desirable.
- Product Mindset: 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager is a plus, demonstrating a strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Customer-centric Approach: A passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and customers.
- Results-oriented: Highly analytical and business-minded, with a strong bias for action and a "do-what-it-takes" attitude.
