About Us

Stampli is the only Accounts Payable Automation (AP Automation) software that centres communications on top of the invoice so that AP collaborates better with approvers, vendors, and anyone involved with purchases to quickly resolve issues and questions, resulting in 5x faster approvals. Automating accounts payable in this way gives users visibility into bill activities, statuses, and ownership with greater transparency and accountability. Audit-ready histories of approved bills are stored in the Stampli AP Automation system, and invoices can be downloaded anytime.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Sourcer to join our recruitment team. As a Technical Sourcer you'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, gathering market insights, and supporting our hiring managers and recruitment team to unsure we achieve our hiring goals.

Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with exceptional sourcing skills, a passion for building talent pipelines, and finding the best candidates for our organization. We are looking for a team player with an ability to address challenges with creativity and analytical thinking, work independently, engage others, and see the big picture.

 What will your job look like:

  • Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to create scalable sourcing strategies and meet business goals.
  • Screen resumes and conducting phone interviews with potential candidates to determine fit for the position.
  • Conduct market research, stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes and talent sourcing best practices.
  • Effectively engage potential candidates, support them through the recruitment process and provide an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support sourcing efforts, strategy and processes.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets. 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer, either in-house or at an agency, if you have both it is an advantage.
  •  High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.
  •  Proven experience in identifying top candidates for R&D roles.
  •  Experience in screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
  •  Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
  •  Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyzing sourcing data and providing insights.
  • A collaborative team player with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset.
  • Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive at a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English).
  • A positive “can-do” approach, resilience, with strong organization skills.
