About The Position
About the Role
We’re seeking a UX designer passionate about creating simple, intuitive experiences that transform complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to design seamless solutions that prioritize ease of use and customer delight.
Responsibilities
- Simplify complexity – Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that turn intricate workflows into effortless, intuitive experiences.
- End-to-end ownership – Lead UX projects from discovery through launch, ensuring every detail aligns with user needs and business goals.
- User-first mindset – Conduct research, interviews, and testing to uncover pain points and translate insights into streamlined designs.
- Clear communication – Present design solutions to stakeholders, advocating for simplicity and user ease at every stage.
- Design for scalability – Contribute to and refine Stampli’s design system to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across products.
- Continuous improvement – Stay informed on UX best practices and drive innovation to make products more accessible and delightful.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience, with a focus on simplifying complex workflows.
- Proven ability to craft intuitive, user-friendly solutions for complex products and applications.
- Strong UX research and testing skills, with a focus on identifying friction points and creating elegant solutions.
- Experience working within and expanding design systems.
- Proficient in Figma and collaborating with engineering teams to bring designs to life.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High-level English proficiency and ability to work across Israeli and US time zones.
- Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, streamlined UX/UI designs.
Bonus: Experience designing for B2B or enterprise products.
