Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

About The Position


Stampli is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in building and optimizing high-performing growth strategies that sustainably acquire new customers and upsell current customers. You are resourceful, creative, and a natural problem solver. You will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mountain View, CA office, with 2 days per week in-office.



Key Responsibilities:


-SDR support: Optimize conversion rates through automated campaigns, nurture programs, coordinated advertising, and targeted content. Refine targeting, scripts, templates, advertising, and messaging strategies.

-Customer referral program management: Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize referral programs that drive engagement and growth.

-Install Base Account Executive (IBAE) upsell support: Drive upsell success through targeted campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement materials specific to upsell opportunities throughout the customer journey.

-Strategic content development and utilization: Lead the creation and deployment of high-impact targeted content across all growth initiatives, aligning with audiences by vertical, role, ERP, and lifecycle stage.

-Data-driven optimization: Analyze marketing and sales funnel data to identify opportunities, implement A/B testing methodologies, and provide actionable insights to refine growth strategies.

-Cross-functional collaboration: With marketing to help prioritize new avenues for growth, and partner with sales, customer success, and BI teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and support sales objectives.



Qualifications:


-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

-Demonstrable experience with email marketing, awareness efforts, and lead generation.

-Understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring, and attribution.

-Proficiency in paid search and social campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and lookalike campaigns.

-In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adwords, SEM, LinkedIn advertising and other common tools in a B2B marketing tech stack.

-CRM experience for audience segmentation, reporting, templates, and growth campaign management.

-Experience with intent softwares.

-Experience in content development for demand creation and customer engagement.

-Strong background in supporting SDR teams with scripts, templates, and coordinated outreach.

-Strong experience in SEM and SEO.

-Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

-Experience in the ERP landscape and knowledge of finance, particularly Accounts Payable, is a plus.



Compensation and benefits:

-The base salary hiring range for this position is $130K-$150K. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
