Not all ERP integrations are created equal.

Only Stampli’s integrations are built in-house, built in advance and built to completion.

Stampli's unique approach to your ERP

Why is Stampli so fast to deploy, easy to learn, and adaptable to your workflow? It’s because our API (cloud-to-cloud) and Bridge (cloud-to-on-premises) integrations for SAP, Microsoft, Sage, Oracle and QuickBooks and many other ERPs all share the same philosophy:

1. Our integrations are built in-house

What is Stampli’s approach?

Our engineering team is staffed by experts who previously built ERPs or implemented them. We don’t rely on third-party connectors or developers.

How does this compare to the competition?

They use outside consultants for engineering or rely on general purpose integration technology provided by 3rd parties. Their support teams lack specialized ERP training.

How do you benefit from our approach?

  • Stampli’s capabilities are engineered to adapt to the specific nuances of your ERP.
  • We have full control over integration development, maintenance and updates.
  • We resolve bugs faster because we have the knowledge in-house.
  • Our products are more attuned to the needs of AP teams.
  • You get quicker and more accurate support because our teams understand the technical context.

2. Our integrations are built in advance

What is Stampli’s approach?

We develop our ERP integrations before we offer them to customers, so that they’re ready to implement when you are.

How does this compare to the competition?

If they require development work, you will be beholden to their priorities and timelines. You may even be asked to pay for the development.

How do you benefit from our approach?

  • Implementation is fast and process-driven.
  • Implementation proceeds smoothly, without getting stalled or stopped by the need for additional integration functionality.
  • Bugs and edge cases have already been discovered and addressed.
  • ERP-specific nuances are already understood and addressed.

3. Our integrations are built to completion

What is Stampli’s approach?

We support the full native functionality for your ERP. No other AP automation provider makes this claim.

How does this compare to the competition?

They support the common features, such as reading basic data and writing simple objects. Chances are high that you use numerous ERP features that they won’t support.

How do you benefit from our approach?

  • You don’t have to rework your ERP or change your existing AP processes to accommodate a provider’s feature limitations.
  • You have the confidence that we’ll support any ERP functionality you add in the future.
  • We automatically add new ERP features as they’re released, without requiring re-implementation.

PLUS: You can migrate to a new ERP without losing a beat

What is Stampli’s approach?

We ensure continuity for AP if you migrate to another ERP.

How does this compare to the competition?

They treat it as a new implementation, with all of the costs and challenges of your original implementation.

How do you benefit from our approach?

  • We’ve supported numerous ERP migrations in the past, so we have processes and procedures pre-built.
  • Our ERP success teams work with each other to hand off knowledge about your business and your setup.
  • The migration process is as quick and seamless as the implementation process.

Integration FAQs

Stampli has pre-built integrations with more than 70 ERPs. This includes ERPs from SAP, Microsoft, Sage, Oracle and QuickBooks, as well as niche ERPs like Dealertrack, Acumatica, Vista, Yardi, Epicor, Blackbaud, Infor and many more.  Find your specific ERP here.

Stampli offers three types of integrations: API, bridge (for connecting on-prem ERPs) and file.

API integrations connect Stampli to cloud ERPs, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks Online. These integrations automatically synchronize data between Stampli and the integrated application.

A bridge integration leverages an executable application to facilitate data transfers between on-premises ERP applications and Stampli. It allows for automatic data synchronization between Stampli and your ERP system, eliminating manual import and export of data. Stampli has developed bridge integrations for SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC, Sage 100, and other popular on-premises ERPs.

File integrations let Stampli synchronize data to any ERP where we haven’t already built an API or bridge integration. It works by importing and exporting files between Stampli and any financial application using a customized file template.

The overall implementation takes weeks, not months. This includes integration, data transfer, team training, and many other steps. See the full details here. With respect to the specific act of integration, that may take as little as a few moments, depending on which ERP you use. Ask your Account Executive for specific details.

Yes. Depending on which ERP you use, you can easily add data from additional companies or configure your existing Stampli account to accommodate new coding fields.

Stampli won “Best Accounts Payable Platform Integrations” in the 2024 FinTech Breakthrough Awards, honoring Stampli’s comprehensive pre-built integrations for most major ERP families, including those from Microsoft, Oracle, Sage, SAP, and QuickBooks

Stampli supports a wide range of invoice fields, including standard fields like invoice number, vendor name, and payment terms, as well as any custom field your business uses including free text fields, numerical, date, and yes/no fields. Stampli’s flexibility adapts to your specific accounting processes and workflows.
